Wtf is wrong with me? Last night, I had a very hard time falling asleep even though it was 3am.

Today, I've now been laying in my bed for over 2 hours, and I'm not even close to falling asleep. It feels like my brain wants to think over every possible scenario of what could happen tomorrow...
Please send help...

    @aaxa Is it new, or has it been happening for a long time because this has been happening to me for years and when my mother took me to see a psychiatrist, he diagnosed me with insomnia and multiple sleeping disorders, if this has been happening to you for a while I would recommend you go see a psychiatrist.

    @HRT-713 Hmm, only for 3 days now actually. The first day I fell asleep after an hour or so.
    I'm going to see my doctor tomorrow anyway, so I might as well ask him. Thanks for the tip!

    I just got this notification from youtube https://youtu.be/6HGTNIYDmzk about a ritual to improve your sleep, try it maybe it'll help you and if it doesn't work take a melatonin pill, it'll help you sleep

    @HRT-713 Much appreciated man! I'll try that right away! Unfortunately I have no such pills here :/

    Adrenaline.

    Made in mind with dangerous situations like running away from a sabretooth tiger.

    No well designed for jobs that generate stress (and thus adrenaline) sitting at a desk. Adrenaline goes away very slowly without physical action.

    My tipp:
    * Run 20 meters,
    * Touch the ground with both hands
    * Repeat until you can't do it anymore
    Takes very little time, less than you'd expect.
