No, it doesn't. When you make a rant/joke/etc about something there's even an alert box that says it doesn't have to be dev related.

@PhilWerman For sure but my post is not a random meme...

I put much effort into it and it could certainly cheer up some community members.

After all devRant exists so programmers can share their worst experiences, talk about them and in the end feel a bit better.

With all the really unoriginal posts on here why attack mine?
