So the other day i paid for the sitepoint/mapt bundle since i was eager to learn to setup a website i bought awhile back.

Yet buying from mapt seemed to have been a waste of time, first off no comfirmation email just a tiny pop up on their website, the website seemed a little poorly setup since for one i wasn't even aware i had access to all their content.

Afterwards i never got a coupon for site point which was something i was looking forward to, i used mapt stuff before and two of the ebooks that i spent lots of time invested into had issues that basically stopped me half way, thus wasting all of my time.

I emailed on friday about this coupon, and finally getting one on monday i created an account used the coupon and guess what "this coupon has been used already"

WTF is this shit?

So all in all the irony of a fucking website that has content to create websites from scratch and probably including automated emails to alleviate all of these issues that has yet to use any of these things!

I'm still in the middle of customer support trying to get a working coupon for the other half of the bundle i paid for. The hilarious thing is they want an order number from me, which i don't have at all due to no automated email for order confirmation. I guess i wait yet another two days to get crappy response.

Damn, that sucks, I never had any issues with mapt I had taken their subscription a couple of times during vacations.
Maybe due to it was only mapt at that time and now it's mapt + sitepoint

@justasithlord regardless i didn't expect their services to be so bad, really slow communication (though it could be due to the fact its the holiday period) and just plain odd they have no automated email when you pay for something.

Like with humble bundle or thr other online websites i've used i get at least a "thanks for buying" email with some sort of order number and time stamp which can be used in situations wheere something went wrong.

Seems like mapt doesn't have anything useful for learning about vr either (proper vr not mobile vr) not that i thought there would be anythinh good, just so far no website that has vr tutorials/resources have been that great. Though if anyone wants to make quick vr games i suggest watching fuseman's channel on youtube, he uploads his live streams of making specific gameplay features found in the majority of vr games.
