@Bitwise yeah less headache for me. 1 of them is pretty good. In fact he is a little bit over qualified with his experience for this jr dev position. So that's the only deciding factor.
Wait and find a suitable one or hire him and negotiate with HR for the salary. -
@Bitwise good points you mentioned. I won't call him as senior. He is definitely a junior. But in his last job, he had to do literally from 0-100 all by himself for like 2 years. So he is like a veteran jr. Haha. Yeah maybe I shouldn't even need to talk to HR and just decide based on his expected salary. 👍
