Company is giving me whatever I need to learn Rails, I'm like 3/10 on skill & ability in it. What resources should I look into?

I'm mostly a React/Typescript engineer and I've been dabbling in our Rails backend for a couple years but usually require much hand holding to accomplish anything serious; it's a large enterprise app with a lot of complexity.

We've recently been building stuff in a server-driven way and I want to get in on the action but feel lost due to my inexperience
