No consistency issues. Acronyms are often pronounced as completely different words if they can. It's totally fine.

theNox94777y@Flygger the ranter comes from Israel, so I think it does sound right for him, for other languages the h wouldn't be good in there, I'd rather write kerekter or even kerektr to make it sound more like character (at least for Germans or Slovaks)
