The timer app on the phone. Before you leave every day: go through what is top priority tomorrow and second priority. When you arrive get top priority done. The check what is reasonable time to spend on lower priority tasks and set a timer for each. If they are not completed (or very nearly) then you ask yourself if they actually needs to get done, if you need help, a break etc.

Works good for me when it's too much to just handle as they come.
