or looking at rows of pictures and trying to decide which ones are street signs and which are house numbers and whether house numbers could maybe be classified as street signs

You do realize you're helping teach the AI better recognition skills.

My favorite is a dozen pictures all of trees and you pick all the ones that are say, palm trees.

So in essence we all work for Google so maybe you're just owed back pay ;)
