@linuxxxxxx now on a more serious note (thanks for reminding me via @) I know where you are right now too well, what you need is hard impact change for some time, go on a trip, drive somewhere beautiful, like a lake, stay there and do simple things, everything but the daily routine, chuck some wood, climb some hils, take some pictures, watch some movies, _anything_ but daily routine, for atleast a week, you're about to hit your deadlift limit and you need a break, after that break, plan some balance between work and relaxing/off time (hard line between work and home atleast), it anyway surprises me how its legal for you not to take any time off, I believe theres rules/laws set in place to prevent exactly that. I don't know your full story, nor location, nor anything basically, but maybe reconsider 2 jobs too and try to seek for 1 that pays the bills. Good luck and don't crash yourself.

i think i just hit my limit after 5 years of no breaks or time off between finishing my studies and working 2 jobs sleep deprivation these last couple of weeks I'm barely able to work can't wake up either I've been sleeping 4-5 hours for a while. now i can truly say Fuck My Life.
