what really is a framework? Is there any book from whom I can learn more about this? Please help me.

a framework is a thing that incorporates tools that help you deal with things in a much better way.

for example django (a Python framework) is built for web development. it includes a admin system , some security measures, templating, routing, pretty much everything you need.

there are many kinds of frameworks made for web , games , A.I. and many others
