My overused phrase is "not sure, but I think" - when I need to answer to something but don't want to actually commit.

@lungdart Damn that's annoying.
Not to mention it might even be confusing to non-native english speakers. First time I saw it I thought it meant "I hope you actually did receive this email" as if they were unsure about my email adress or it was a hint that they really wanted me to reply to confirm I got the email -
