It depends greatly on the person doing it. Some offer fixed fees based on requirements and others charge an hourly rate.

Sakuyu1648yI live in the Netherlands but Europe should be fine. And the website is small like max 7 pages. I use my own cms for it.
-
Sakuyu1648y@g-m-f well not much as an example the last website I made is: allinshortlease.nl. It's simple it gets car from data base on home screen and on the detail page from the cars. But it's a simple website.

Sakuyu1648y@g-m-f I would work 1 week for that but I have no clue to how much one hour of my time costs.

avedis32778yif you have your own cms as u claimed, then it should be straight forward implementation. estimate your delivery in hours and try to commit to that deadline. the rate however, i wouldnt know for Netherlands.
for fairness and to help you with that, assume a monthly salary for yourself if you were to work 8 hours a day & 5 days a week. your hourly rate would be: (X is your assumed salary)
X / 21 working days / 8 hours = rough estimate of your hourly rate -
@Sakuyu Oh my apologies, what do you think your effort is worth and that is how much you charge.
I would also advice you write up a contract to cover yourself.

Sakuyu1648y@amjo Yeah that's as far as I came. But I have no clue how much to ask per hour. Well hopefully someone else knows

here is a good explaination for how much you should charge, it's for photography alltough but i think it can be applied on webdesign too.
