rantBlock: Replace browser ads with rants.

Description
You're procrastinating anyway so why not replace ads with something you want to read? This is a proof of concept for an adblock channel that replaces ads with rants. A simple clone of catBlock with a devrant channel added and set to default. Rant with GIF of it in action: https://devrant.com/rants/1015537 Loading of the rant images can be sketchy (I think it's because I fetch the image to get the size). Feel welcome to make a pull request if you fix it / write a better channel.

    @calmyourtities We can use the search enpoint on the api. I actually considered it but it seemed like too much effort for something I wasn't sure was going to work.

    @afrometal I didn't change it's purpose (still an ad blocker) and I didn't change any functionality. I actually only added a channel as per original spec and turned on the devrant channel by default hence there's nothing to document.     @ldwall this is literally just a proof of concept - as basic as it gets. There seems to be a lot of interest from ranters and some really good feature ideas. I think it would probably be a better idea to add error handling, features, caching etc and then publish for all browsers. Then it will actually be rantblock, currently it's just cat block with the default settings changed
