 With Python, I didn't get that as much. I kinda just made sense (probably since it looks like English). And there's a nice feeling when you find out that there was a module for something you've always done by hand. Like when I found out that there's a standard csv module.
 
 It probably just comes down to which one you have more experience with.

				Having worked in python the past week or so I have definitely rekindled my love for it and the standard libraries and bare-bones python is certainly beautiful.

				@AlexDeLarge meh lack of familiarity. But someone of your skillset would not have a hard time getting used to it and building awsome shit with it.

Why is Java so comfy?
I don't know why, but every time I try to use Javascript and Python I feel lost in those functional gimmicks and fancy libraries.
Java feels like the warm, soft old couch at home.
