I'm going to be starting a programming club at my High School. Any ideas for projects? We're CS focused

Start with a website to showcase the projects and things that can/will/are happening in the club

While learning try to do things the hard way.. i mean dont use ready made framework

Like a portfolio page with only one project: the same portfolio page.
Then you could press the link to get to the portfolio page. And there click again link to the portfolio page. And then click again...
