Project idea

You probably all know about Alibaba and Tencent. In China, they dominated banks and now they are used for most of payments. Both US and EU lack alternative that is actually useable. Considering the fact that it would be possible to lower fees on transactions (for average $100 bill, $3.5 goes to the bank and payment operator. Alibaba takes no fee on small transactions) we could encourage people to use it. Just throwing out an idea, tell me what you think about it
